Henk Vanden Beukel brings a strong background in construction and business management to real estate. From 2003 to 2014, Henk owned and managed his own construction company, first framing custom homes and then moving into a partnership with a successful contracting firm, travelling Southern Ontario to complete larger projects that included government buildings, churches, large custom residential projects and a variety of buildings in the restaurant industry. During this partnership, Henk managed the rebranding, sales and marketing of the business, establishing it as a provincially recognized name in the commercial construction sector.
In 2014, Henk transitioned into real estate, bringing a builder’s insight and a commitment to excellence. In his first year, he earned the President’s Gold Award, placing him among the top Royal LePage Realtors, and since then, TALL Real Estate Partners has been consistently recognized as a leader in the industry, ranked among the top 3% of local real estate teams.
Henk takes a data-driven approach to real estate, ensuring his clients have the information needed to make confident, objective decisions. He continually tracks statistics and market trends to provide clear, reliable guidance.
Outside of real estate, Henk is a passionate musician and active community volunteer. He sings bass in an auditioned choir, plays piano and organ at his church, and is the proud father of three children with Emese.
Emese Zaduban brings a wealth of experience to the table from various sectors within the construction and real estate industries. Following 12 successful years in the construction field as an administrator, Emese transitioned into real estate.
She began her career with a top-producing agent in Mississauga, where she called home, and there she leveraged her bright personality, creativity, and savvy negotiating skills to serve their real estate clients with excellence. During this time, mese gained a strong understanding of the real estate market in the Greater Toronto Area, establishing herself as a trusted, reliable Realtor who could be counted on whenever client care was of utmost importance. As a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, Emese provides our sellers with additional exposure to the largest real estate market in Canada.
Emese has a strong skill set as an interior staging specialist, and her work has often been credited as being the primary reason her clients are able to sell their properties for significantly more than market value. The interior space she creates in any home is nothing short of artistically stunning.
Aside from her success in real estate, Emese is an accomplished musician, particularly as a soprano vocalist. She serves as the conductor of her church choir and the high school choir at a local Christian school, and she is a dedicated mother of three children. Emese and Henk are married and make their home on the outskirts of the small town of Winona, Ontario.
