Henk Vanden Beukel also made his professional debut in the construction industry. From 2003 to 2014, Henk owned and managed his own construction company, first framing custom homes and then moving into a partnership with a successful contracting firm, traveling Southern Ontario to complete larger projects that included government buildings, churches, large custom residential projects and a variety of buildings in the restaurant industry. During this partnership, Henk managed the re-branding of the business that made the business a provincially recognized brand throughout the commercial construction industry.
In 2014, Henk decided to take his experience to work for real estate clients. He was confident that setting higher-than-average expectations for his clients and delivering on them in his clients’ favour would ensure long term success. In his first year, Henk was awarded the President’s Gold Award, placing him in the top 5-10% of Royal LePage Realtors nationally. A short time later, Henk and Emese joined forces to give clients the ability to work with one team that delivered on all their expectations, from Toronto to Niagara. TALL Real Estate Partners has consistently been recognized as a leader in the industry, recently winning the Royal LePage Diamond Award, placing them in the top 3% of Realtors in their marketplace.
Henk is also a passionate musician as a singer and a pianist. He serves on several local, community not-for-profit boards. Together with Emese, he is the proud father of 3 children.
Emese Zaduban brings a wealth of experience to the table from different sectors of the construction and real estate world.
Following 12 successful years in the construction field as an administrator, Emese made a transition into real estate. Beginning her career with a highly successful agent in Mississauga, where she called home, Emese was able to leverage her bright personality, creativity, and savvy negotiating skills for their real estate clients. It was here that Emese gained a strong understanding of the real estate market in the Greater Toronto Area, establishing herself as a trusted, reliable Realtor to call upon when client care was of utmost importance. As a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, Emese offers our sellers additional exposure to the largest real estate market in Canada.
Emese has a strong skillset as an interior staging specialist and her work has been credited with being the primary reason for her clients being able to sell their properties for much more than market value. The interior space that she creates in any home is nothing short of artistically amazing.
Aside from her success in real estate, Emese is an accomplished musician, particularly as a soprano vocalist and a dedicated mother of 3 children. Emese and Henk are married and make their home on the outskirts of the small town of Winona, Ontario.
