February brought freezing temperatures and old-fashioned snowstorms—but that didn’t stop the Hamilton real estate market from holding strong!
Living on a rural property, we finally put our snow blower to good use—creating pathways to easily get to our chickens, ducks, and providing access for our water delivery truck. Even our dog, Phoebe, enjoyed exploring the freshly carved-out trails!

💰 Median Home Price:
✔️ $701,000 (Down 1.96% from January’s $715,000, marking a fourth month of slight price declines)
🏡 Inventory Levels:
✔️ 4.08 months of inventory (or 124 days), holding steady with minor fluctuations
